Common use of No Separate Insurance Clause in Contracts

No Separate Insurance. Lessee shall not, on Lessee’s own initiative or pursuant to the request or requirement of any third party, take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article to be furnished, or increase the amount of any then existing insurance by securing an additional policy or additional policies, unless all parties having an insurable interest in the subject matter of the insurance, including in all cases Lessor, are included therein as additional insured, and the loss is payable under such additional separate insurance in the same manner as losses are payable under this Lease. Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of any such separate insurance that Lessee has obtained or of the increase of any of the amounts of the then existing insurance.

No Separate Insurance. The Lessee shall not, on the Lessee’s 's own initiative or pursuant to the request or requirement of any third partyother Person, take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that the insurance required in this Article hereunder to be furnishedfurnished by the Lessee, or increase the amount amounts of any then existing insurance by securing an additional policy or additional policies, unless (a) all parties having an insurable interest in the subject matter of the insurance, including in all cases the Lessor, are included therein as additional insured, insureds and the loss is (b) losses are payable under such additional separate said insurance in the same manner as losses are required to be payable under this Lease. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of the taking out of any such separate insurance that Lessee has obtained or of the increase increasing of any of the amounts of the then existing insuranceinsurance by securing an additional insurance policy or policies.

Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of that Lessee has obtained any such separate insurance that Lessee has obtained or of the increase increasing of any of the amounts of the then existing insurance.

Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of that Lessee has obtained any such separate insurance that Lessee has obtained or of the increase increasing of any of the amounts of the then existing insurance.
