No Separation from Service. The transactions provided for under the Distribution Agreement shall not constitute a separation from service or a termination of employment under the CVC Excess Savings Plan or the AMC Excess Savings Plan and shall provide that no distribution of retirement benefits shall be made to any AMC Employee on account of these transactions.
