No Sharing of Benefit. No officer, employee, or agent of Resource Provider or PREPA or municipal governments shall be entitled to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit that may arise therefrom that would be in violation of any Applicable Law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or policy of PREPA.
