No Signature/False or Misleading Statement. The signature on the cover letter of the SOQ and the Contractor Information Form is genuine, and the person signing has the authority to bind the Contractor. Failure to sign the cover letter and the Contractor Information Form, or signing either with a false or misleading statement, shall void the submitted SOQ and any resulting Contract.
