Purpose; Scope of Work. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions for the contracting of services for Hyde County Veterans from the Hand County Veteran Services Office. The Hand County Veteran Services Office will provide Hyde County Veterans with the services as outlined in SDCL 33-16.

Purpose; Scope of Work. The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this “RFQ”) seeking statements of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms (“XXXX Firms”) interested in providing preconstruction services and the construction of improvements and related public infrastructure at the City’s Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx Water Reclamation Facility (“WRF”), located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Avondale, Arizona (the “Services”), as more particularly described in Subsection 1.1(A) below. This will be a one-step, single contract, qualifications-based process as authorized by ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 34-601 et seq. A separate Request for Proposal will not be issued. In accordance with the City’s Procurement Code, the City will accept sealed SOQ for the Services.

Purpose; Scope of Work. The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) from qualified consultants (“Vendors”) interested in providing Town Manager search services for the Town as more particularly described in the Scope of Work attached to the sample Professional Services Agreement (included in Section B of this RFP) as Exhibit C (the “Services”), and incorporated herein by reference. The Town will accept sealed proposals (“Proposals”) for the Services. This procurement is progressing at an accelerated pace in order to ensure timely selection of a suitable new Town Manager who will be able to start work by December 1, 2011. The Proposal shall (A) include all of the components necessary for the Vendor to perform all of the Services necessary from initial consultation with the Town Council to hiring of the new Town Manager and (B) be arranged into discrete, logical groupings of services to allow the Town to select the appropriate amount of services to meet its budgetary needs. Accordingly, the service components shall be arranged to ensure that, upon completion of each discrete component, the Town will be presented with a finished product from which it may continue the process if it so desires.

In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed Proposals for the Services specified in the Scope of Work in the sample Professional Services Agreement.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.
