Common use of NO-SMOKING BUILDING STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

NO-SMOKING BUILDING STANDARDS. Smoking tobacco is prohibited within the Building and allowed outside the Building only in Landlord designated areas which are at least 25 feet away from Building entries, outdoor air intakes and operable windows. All other areas, including tenant spaces, sidewalks, entrances, bathrooms, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors and other public parts of the Building are smoke-free areas.
