Common use of NO STRIKE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE CLAUSE. Section A. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Association nor any person acting on its behalf will cause, authorize, sanction, condone, or support, nor will any member of the bargaining unit take part in any strike; i.e., the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence of an employee from his/her position, or stoppage of work or abstinence, in whole or in part, from the full, faithful and proper performance of the employee's duties of employment, for any purpose whatsoever, including sympathy strikes.
