19.01 No employee bound by this Agreement shall strike and no Employer bound by this Agreement shall lockout his employees during the term of this Agreement.

14.01 There shall be no strikes or stoppage of work by the Union and no lockout declared by the Employers during the life of this Agreement. If any work stoppages or lockouts occur as a result of an illegal strike then this Agreement becomes immediately thereby null and void.
14.02 No Union members shall be required to cross any legal picket lines.

6.01 In view of the arrangements provided by this agreement for the disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Employers agree there will be no lock-out of employees and the Union agrees there will be no strike, slowdown, or sit down or other action which interferes with work or operations. 6.01 For the duration of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there will be no strike and if such action is taken by the employee / owner operators, the Officers of the Union shall instruct the employee / owner operators to return to service. The Company agrees that there will be no lockout of employee / owner operators during the duration of the Agreement.

OUTS The Union agree that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with production, and if any such collective action should be taken, it will instruct those of its members who participated in such collective action to carry out the provisions of this agreement and return to work and perform their work in a manner acceptable to the Employer. The Employer agrees that it will not cause or direct any lock-outs of its employees.

5.01 The Company agrees that it will not lock-out its employees, and the Union and the employees agree that there will be no strike for the duration of this Agreement.
5.02 The word "strike" and the word "lock-out" shall have the meaning given those words in the Labour Relations Act of Ontario as currently amended.
