The Buyers Buyer shall also not install any collapsible gate on the main door/entrance of the Said ApartmentFlat. The Buyers accept Buyer accepts that the aforesaid covenants regarding grills, air-conditioners and air- conditioners, collapsible gates etc. are for maintaining uniformity and aesthetic beauty of the Said ComplexBuilding, which is beneficial to all.
