Common use of NO SUPPLANTATION Clause in Contracts

NO SUPPLANTATION. CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any Federal, State or COUNTY funds intended for the purposes of this Agreement with any funds made available under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall not claim reimbursement from COUNTY for, or apply sums received from COUNTY with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source of revenue. CONTRACTOR agrees that it shall not use funds received pursuant to this Agreement, either directly or indirectly, as a contribution or compensation for purposes of obtaining Federal, State or COUNTY funds under any Federal, State or COUNTY program without prior written approval of CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR.
