Common use of No Suspension of Work Clause in Contracts

No Suspension of Work. 9.1 While this Agreement remains in effect, neither the Company nor the Union shall cause a suspension of work because of any differences or disputes that may arise between the two parties as to the interpretation of this Agreement. 9.2 If a representative of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union or Local President wishes to speak to Local Union officials in the plant, concerning a grievance or other official business of the Union, he must first obtain permission from the Service Centre Manager.
