Board Shall Notify Union. The Union will be informed in writing of any change in Board policy or of any specific action by the Board which would affect members of the Union. The Union will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to consider such actions and if deemed necessary, of speaking to them prior to a final decision by the Board. The Union will be supplied with a copy of current Board policies and will continue to receive copies of regular Board meeting minutes.
