No Third Part Beneficiaries. This Agreement inures to the benefit of Carrier and Subscriber only, and no third party shall have any rights hereunder.

Nothing contained herein, expressed or implied, is intended to confer upon any Employee of Seller Corporations any benefits under any benefit plans, programs, policies or other arrangements, including, but not limited to, severance benefits or right to employment or continued employment with Purchaser or any Affiliate of Purchaser for any period by reason of this Agreement. In addition, the provisions of this Agreement, in particular this Article VII, are for the sole benefit of the parties to this Agreement and are not for the benefit of any third party.
No Third Part Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any duty or any liability to any person or entity not at party to this Agreement.
