Common use of NO TRANSMISSION DEFECTS Clause in Contracts

NO TRANSMISSION DEFECTS. There shall not exist any loss or damage at any Station which has resulted in the regular broadcast transmission of such Station (including such Station's effective radiated power) to be diminished in any material respect; provided, that if any such loss or damage does exist, then either or both of the Company and Purchaser shall be entitled, by written notice to the other, to postpone the Non-License Transfer Date or the Closing Date, as applicable, for a period of up to sixty (60) days to resume such Station's broadcast transmission.
