Transmission Credits. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer may make a one-time election by written notice to the CAISO and the Participating TO to receive Congestion Revenue Rights as defined in and as available under the CAISO Tariff at the time of the election in accordance with the CAISO Tariff, in lieu of a refund of the cost of Network Upgrades in accordance with Article 11.4.1.
Transmission Credits. Transmission Credits. Each Customer may be entitled to compensation in accordance with Attachment Z2 of the Tariff in accordance with their respective Generator Interconnection Agreement.
Transmission Credits. 11.4.1 Credits for Amounts Advanced for Network Upgrades. Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to credits in accordance with Attachment Z of the Tariff for any Network Upgrades including any tax gross-up or other tax-related payments associated with Network Upgrades, and not refunded to Interconnection Customer pursuant to Article 5.17.8.
Transmission Credits. SCE shall compensate Seller for the dollar value of any Transmission Credits applied by the BPA and used by SCE to offset Transmission Demand Charges to SCE under any assigned Point-to-Point Agreement during the Assignment Period for such Point-to-Point Agreement, within ten (10) Business Days of SCE's receipt of an invoice from Seller for such Transmission Credits.
Transmission Credits. Subject to Section 13(d) of this Appendix A, no Congestion Revenue Rights or repayment will be made pursuant to Articles 11.4 and 11.4.1 of the LGIA because this LGIA assumes that the Participating TO will up-front finance the Network Upgrades described in Section 2 of this Appendix A.
