No Unauthorized Transactions. The Owner Trustee agrees that it will not cause or permit either of the Companies to manage, control, use, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with any part of the Nuclear Material or any other part of its property except (a) as expressly permitted or required by the terms of any Basic Document to which they shall be a party, (b) in accordance with the powers granted to or the authority conferred on the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Trust Agreement or (c) in accordance with written instructions pursuant to this Section 6 or Section 7.7 hereof.
