Except as disclosed in an attachment to this agreement, no person involved in the provision of the Services, including the Principal Investigator, is a government official, employee of a government or government instrumentality, officer or employee of a state-owned or controlled enterprise, candidate for political office, political party official, or official or employee or a public international organization.
