NO UNNAMED PARTNERS. The Licensee assures there are no unnamed partners legally interested in or having authority over the operation or management of the concession and further assures that the Licensee is solely responsible for carrying out the duties of this License. The License is not assignable, either in whole or in part, nor shall it be sub-leased, sub-licensed, or transferred by the Licensee. If the Licensee attempts to sub-lease, sub- license or transfer the License, the State may terminate the License.
