Common use of No Use of Debarred Person Clause in Contracts

No Use of Debarred Person. During the Term, each Party agrees that it will not use any employee or consultant that is debarred by any Regulatory Authority or, to the best of such Party’s knowledge, is the subject of debarment proceedings by any Regulatory Authority. If a Party learns that any employee or consultant performing on its behalf under this Agreement has been debarred by any Regulatory Authority, or has become the subject of debarment proceedings by any Regulatory Authority, such Party will promptly notify the other Party and will prohibit such employee or consultant from performing on its behalf under this Agreement.
