Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to Ambrx annually within sixty (60) days after the end of such Calendar Year a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS.
Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to CytomX semi-annually a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities on a Collaboration Target-by-Collaboration Target basis performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS. Such report shall contain sufficient detail to enable CytomX to assess BMS’s compliance with its Commercialization obligations in Section 5.1. Such reports shall be Confidential Information of BMS pursuant to Article 12.
Commercialization Report. Commencing six (6) months prior to the anticipated filing of the first BLA for a Product in the Field in the Territory, at all times during the Agreement Term, and thereafter on a Calendar Year basis, Provention shall provide to MacroGenics in writing a report detailing Provention’s efforts and progress during the one (1) year prior to such date, to Commercialize each Product (each, a “Commercialization Report”). Each Commercialization Report shall describe, among other matters: (a) material Commercialization activities completed since the last report, including the object and parameters of the Commercialization, when initiated, when completed and a summary of all material results; (b) material Commercialization activities planned to be undertaken before the next report; and (c) material changes in Provention’s Commercialization plans. In addition, Provention shall reasonably respond to reasonable requests by MacroGenics from time to time for information regarding Provention’s Commercialization activities for such Products.
Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a ***Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to Ambrx annually within sixty (60) days after the end of such Calendar Year a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS.
Commercialization Report. Following dissolution of the JC, subject to Section 10.4, BMS shall provide to BN annually in November of each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees, with respect to Products in the Major Markets since the prior such report.
Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following first Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product, Company shall provide to Licensor annually within [*] days after the end of such Calendar Year a report summarizing Company’ activities with respect to the commercialization of Licensed Products and a summary of the then-applicable commercialization plan for Licensed Products. Such reports and the contents thereof shall be Confidential Information of Company.
Commercialization Report. Assignee shall submit to Assignor, at the ------------------------ address listed in paragraph 3.1 herein, a written report by September 1 of each year which details Assignee's commercialization efforts during the preceding year with regard to Patent Rights, Technology, and Know-How.
Commercialization Report. Following the commencement of Commercialization activities under this Agreement by Licensee or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, Licensee shall provide to Sanofi an annual summary report of Licensee’s Commercialization activities with respect to the Licensed Compounds and Licensed Products for such preceding Calendar Year, such report to be delivered on the anniversary of the Effective Date. Licensee’s reports regarding its (and its Affiliates and Sublicensees) Commercialization activities shall be the Confidential Information of Licensee.
Commercialization Report. Beginning [***] days after [***], Ascletis shall prepare and deliver [***] a report of its Commercialization activities (each a “Commercialization Report”). Each such Commercialization Report shall include, with respect to each Region in which Commercialization is planned: [***] period.
Commercialization Report. The Employer shall remit to the Employee(s) not later than 30 June each year a Commercialization Report outlining all actions taken with respect to Commercialization during the previous fiscal year, and a statement reporting all expenditures and income forming the calculation of Net Income for the previous fiscal year.
