Former Employment You represent and warrant that your employment by the Company will not conflict with and will not be constrained by any prior employment or consulting agreement or relationship. You represent and warrant that you do not possess confidential information arising out of prior employment which, in your best judgment, would be utilized in connection with your employment by the Company, except in accordance with agreements between your former employer and the Company.
Former Employers 5.1 You represent and warrant that your employment by the Company will not conflict with and will not be constrained by any prior or current employment, consulting agreement or relationship whether oral or written. Application for Employment Employee understands and agrees that, as a condition of this Agreement, Employee shall not be entitled to any employment with the Company, and Employee hereby waives any right, or alleged right, of employment or re-employment with the Company.
