Common use of No Use of Name or Trademark Clause in Contracts

No Use of Name or Trademark. PSP agrees not to make any written use of or reference to TFC’s name or registered or unregistered trademarks for any marketing, public relations, advertising, display or other business purpose or make any use of TFC’s facilities for any activity unrelated to the express business purposes and interests of TFC pursuant to this Agreement and any Assignment, without the prior written consent of TFC, which consent may be withheld or granted in TFC’s sole discretion.
