No Use of University Resources. In the case of an 43 Invention or Copyrightable Work that the Covered 1 Individual claims is not subject to University 2 ownership because the Intellectual Property was 3 developed without significant use of University 4 resources, the Director and the Associate Xxxxxxx 5 for Research and Economic Development will 6 decide whether there was in fact significant use of 7 University resources.
