NO USE OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL. OF ANY KIND, NO USE OR POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IN ANY FORM, NO TOBACCO OR CHEW ING TOBACCO, NO OFFENSIVE POSTERS OR PICTURES SHALL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES (IN THE APARTMENTS, PARKING LOT, SIDEWALKS OR LAWNS) either by the tenant or guests of the tenant. Violations shall be a breach of contract and will result in tenant(s) being requested to correct the problem permanently or face eviction. No second chances!
