No Violation of Contract. The Employer recognizes and agrees that no work rules, regulations, policies, or procedures shall be modified, maintained, or established that are in violation of any expressed terms or provisions of this Agreement. To the extent the Union believes such has occurred, it shall have the ability to file a grievance.
