Common use of No Viruses Clause in Contracts

No Viruses. NTI represents and warrants to Cadence that the NTI ---------- Warranted Software delivered to Cadence under this Agreement, will not contain any computer software code, routines, or devices (other than as set forth in the documentation accompanying such software or code) designed to alter, disable, damage, erase, or impair the use of software or data without the user's knowledge and consent, and that NTI will use commercially reasonable efforts, including the use of commercially available virus detection software, to ensure that the media on which the NTI Warranted Software are delivered to Cadence do not contain any such code.
