Restrictions on Use of Service. Except as expressly permitted in writing by Azalea, you agree not to sublicense, license, rent, sell, loan, give away or otherwise distribute any part of the Service to any third party.
Restrictions on Use of Service. You shall not:
(a) use the Service for anything other than your own personal use. You may not resell or remarket the Service, receive any charge or benefit for the use of the Service, or share or transfer the Service;
(b) use the Service or permit it to be used for a purpose or in a manner that is contrary to law, for any illegal or abusive purpose, including criminal offences, intellectual property infringement or interference with network operation, Bell facilities or assets;
(c) use the Service or permit it to be used so as to prevent a fair and proportionate use by others;
(d) re-arrange, disconnect, remove, repair, modify or otherwise interfere with the Service, Xxxx Equipment or Bell facilities;
(e) attempt to receive the Service without paying the applicable fees and charges;
(f) use the Service in a manner which bypasses, or attempts to bypass, Xxxx’x network;
(g) adapt, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with or defeat any software, applications or programs used in connection with the Service; or
(h) modify, alter, or deface any of the trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property made available through the Service nor use any of the foregoing except for the purpose for which such intellectual property is made available to you through the Service.
Restrictions on Use of Service. 5.1 Customer agrees not to:
a. use any automated system to access the Service or collect any personally identifiable information from the Servicenor use the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.
b. attempt to compromise the Service integrity.
c. take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our system.
d. upload invalid data, viruses, or other malicious code.
e. impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a person or entity.
f. interfere with working of the Service.
g. use any information about the Service with a view to copying the Service or developing a competing service.
h. attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the software used or made available in the provision of the Service, in any form or media or by any means; or;
i. license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party except the Authorised Users;
j. attempt to de-compile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the software made available in the provision of the Service .
5.2 The Customer shall comply with, and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure all Authorised Users comply with, the Individual Terms of Use.
5.3 Customer agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that Authorised Users do not post or submit User Input that: (i) may create a risk of harm, physical injury or emotional distress (ii) may constitute a crime or tort; (iii) contains content that is unlawful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, harassing, libellous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
5.4 WorkInConfidence is not responsible for any public display or misuse of User Input, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by WorkInConfidence. Unless agreed otherwise, we may use information we collect (including User Input) to provide aggregated analysis of types of dialogues within or across organisations, provided that it does not compromise the identity of any individual or organisation or use information which is or might reasonably be regarded as commercially sensitive.

The Network Customer shall not use Network Integration Transmission Service for: (i) sales of capacity and energy to non-designated loads; or (ii) direct or indirect provision of transmission service by the Network Customer to third parties. All Network Customers taking Network Integration Transmission Service shall use Point-to-Point Transmission Service under Part II of the Tariff for any Third-Party Sale which requires use of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System. In the event that a Network Customer uses Network Integration Transmission Service contrary to the above-referenced restrictions, the Network Customer shall be charged the applicable Point-to-Point Transmission Service rate(s).

Customer is solely responsible for use of the Bell Services by any of its employees, officers, directors, agents, customers (including their customers in the case of Wholesale Sale) and any users of the Bell Services (collectively, “End Users”). Customer is permitted to resell or remarket all or any portion of the Bell Services, under its own branding or under any other branding to End Users of the Bell Services, including to any party who further resells all or any portion of the Bell Services (“Wholesale Sale”) (each action a “Resale”), save and except in the case of simple resale where the Customer adds no value to the Bell Services, and which for greater certainty is expressly prohibited. Upon any Resale of the Bell Services, the Customer shall: (a) be solely responsible for the use of the resold Bell Services by the End User; (b) be solely liable for all End User care matters associated with the resold Bell Services, (c) not make any representation, warranty or covenant or otherwise make any commitment to an End User on behalf of Bell; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Resale (including, without limitation, the requirements of Telecom Decisions: CRTC 2002-13, 8 March 2002 and CRTC 2004-35, 21 May 2004, as amended); (e) not use the logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, tag lines, slogans, advertising, marketing or promotional material or any other right in or to the Bell identity or that of its affiliates; and (f) indemnify, defend and save harmless Bell from and against any and all third party claims from any End User or otherwise resulting from any Resale. Customers shall comply and shall cause End Users to comply with (a) the Bell AUP as amended from time to time and for any Internet-based Bell Service if the Customer is receiving that Bell Service; and (b) any third party software license terms and conditions for software used by the Customer and/or End Users in connection with the use of the Bell Services. Restrictions on Use of Service. Customer agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Customer will not engage in any conduct involving the Service that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability under any United States or foreign federal, state, local, or other law, rule, regulation, treaty, or convention, or that would in any way compromise the national security of the United States or any other nation. Customer will be responsible for any wrongful or unlawful acts or omissions of its Users with respect to the Service, and shall have sole responsibility for notifying its Users of the terms, conditions, and restrictions contained in this Agreement and for securing their agreement to be bound by the same. All Network Customers taking Network Integration Transmission Service shall use Point-To-Point Transmission Service under Part II of the Tariff for any Third-Party Sale which requires use of the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. The Transmission Provider shall specify any appropriate charges and penalties and all related terms and conditions applicable in the event that a Network Customer uses Network Integration Transmission Service or secondary service pursuant to Section 28.4 to facilitate a wholesale sale that does not serve a Network Load.

8.07 Only such customer owned and maintained equipment as the Commission may approve may be connected with the Company's facilities and only for so long as such equipment does not cause harm to the Company's facilities.
8.08 No payment may be exacted, directly or indirectly from any person by any party other than the Company for the use of any of the Company's services, except where otherwise stipulated in the Company's tariffs or by special agreement or where the Commission may, by order, provide otherwise.
Restrictions on Use of Service. (a) Service may be used by the Customer and any person having the Customer's permission to access it ("Permitted User").
(b) The Customer is solely responsible for the content of any transmissions or databases (including libraries) using the service, and any other use of the service, by the Customer or any Permitted User.
(c) The Customer is prohibited from using AT&T Canada's services or permitting them to be used for illegal purposes (including illegal content) or to interfere with or disrupt other users of the service or the service itself (collectively, the "Prohibited Uses"). For the purposes of Internet related services and applications, the term "Prohibited Uses" shall include, without limitation, distribution of unsolicited advertising or chain letters, propagation of computer viruses, and using the service to make unauthorized entry to any other terminal equipment accessible via the service.
