Restrictions on Use of Service. The Network Customer shall not use Network Integration Transmission Service for: (i) sales of capacity and energy to non-designated loads; or (ii) direct or indirect provision of transmission service by the Network Customer to third parties. All Network Customers taking Network Integration Transmission Service shall use Point-to-Point Transmission Service under Part II of the Tariff for any Third-Party Sale which requires use of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System. In the event that a Network Customer uses Network Integration Transmission Service contrary to the above-referenced restrictions, the Network Customer shall be charged the applicable Point-to-Point Transmission Service rate(s).

Restrictions on Use of Service. Customer is solely responsible for use of the Bell Services by any of its employees, officers, directors, agents, customers (including their customers in the case of Wholesale Sale) and any users of the Bell Services (collectively, “End Users”). Customer is permitted to resell or remarket all or any portion of the Bell Services, under its own branding or under any other branding to End Users of the Bell Services, including to any party who further resells all or any portion of the Bell Services (“Wholesale Sale”) (each action a “Resale”), save and except in the case of simple resale where the Customer adds no value to the Bell Services, and which for greater certainty is expressly prohibited. Upon any Resale of the Bell Services, the Customer shall: (a) be solely responsible for the use of the resold Bell Services by the End User; (b) be solely liable for all End User care matters associated with the resold Bell Services, (c) not make any representation, warranty or covenant or otherwise make any commitment to an End User on behalf of Bell; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Resale (including, without limitation, the requirements of Telecom Decisions: CRTC 2002-13, 8 March 2002 and CRTC 2004-35, 21 May 2004, as amended); (e) not use the logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, tag lines, slogans, advertising, marketing or promotional material or any other right in or to the Bell identity or that of its affiliates; and (f) indemnify, defend and save harmless Bell from and against any and all third party claims from any End User or otherwise resulting from any Resale. Customers shall comply and shall cause End Users to comply with (a) the Bell AUP as amended from time to time and for any Internet-based Bell Service if the Customer is receiving that Bell Service; and (b) any third party software license terms and conditions for software used by the Customer and/or End Users in connection with the use of the Bell Services. Customer shall not tamper with, alter or otherwise rearrange the Bell Services. Customer shall not use or abuse the Bell Services, or permit or assist others to do so in any manner that interferes with the Bell Services or the provision of them, or the networks of Bell or access to those networks by other users; or not use or abuse the Bell Services, or permit or assist others to do so for any purpose or in any manner that directly or indirectly violates applicable laws or any third party rights. Restrictions on Use of Service. Your use of the Services is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy then in place, as may be modified by eCom from time to time, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if it was reproduced in its entirety here. eCom reserves the right not to post any data or materials to, or to remove any data or materials from, its site without notice to you or any other user and without liability to eCom. You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless eCom from any claims or allegations that may result from such removal. Further, you agree to release eCom from any liability, cost or damage arising out of any action or inaction of any End User while using or accessing the Service, or arising from or related to your or any End User's use of the Service.
Restrictions on Use of Service. In addition to complying with other terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Service, you agree that when using the Service, you will not:  Delete, modify, or attempt to change or alter any of the AitemConnect Content or notices on the Service;  Introduce into the Service any virus, rogue program, time bomb, drop dead device, back door, trojan horse, worm or other malicious or destructive code, software routines, denial of service attack, or equipment components designed to permit unauthorized access to the Service, or to otherwise harm other users, AitemConnect Content, or any third parties, or perform any such actions;  Use the Service to commit fraud or conduct other unlawful activities;  Access or attempt to access any other person’s account, information, or content without permission;  Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, or ideas upon which the Service is based;  Use any bot, spider, or other automatic or manual device or process for the purpose of harvesting or compiling information on the Service for any reason;  Use any AitemConnect Content made available through the Service in any manner that misappropriates any trade secret or infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;  Decrypt, transfer, frame, display, or translate (except translations for personal use) any part of the Service;  Connect to or access any AitemConnect computer system or network without authorization; or  Use the information in the Service to create or sell a similar service.

Restrictions on Use of Service. Only Customer’s Authorized Users are permitted to access or use the Service. Customer shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, market, lease, loan, rent, transfer, assign, distribute, disclose, or make accessible to any third party (that is not an Authorized User), or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or grant any right to access or use the Service to any third party. Customer shall not, and shall not allow any of its Authorized Users or any other third party to: (a) modify or improve the Service or make derivative works based upon the Service; (b) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any object code that is part of the Service or attempt to reverse engineer, reconstruct, identify, or discover any source code of any such software, the structure, sequence, or organization of such source code or any algorithms, methods, or models contained therein; (c) enter into time-sharing or data processing service arrangements involving use of Service with any third party;
Restrictions on Use of Service. We may establish and change from time to time certain restrictions on your use of the Service, such as limits on the size of deposits transmitted, the number of deposits that may be transmitted per day or other specified period, or the dollar amounts per check, per deposit, per day or other specified period that we may accept through the Service. Unless we notify you that you are subject to different limits, you may transmit a maximum of three deposits per day totaling no more than $3,500 in deposited items, and you may transmit a maximum of nine deposits over any five consecutive Business Days totaling no more than $7,000 in deposited items. If you request that we allow you to have higher limits, we may require additional information or documentation from you to help us assess your request, and our decision whether to approve or deny your request will be within our sole discretion.
