No Waiver for Failure to Enforce. Failure by Plaintiffs to enforce this entire Agreement or any provision thereof with respect to any deadline or other provision herein shall not be construed as a waiver of Plaintiffs’ right to seek enforcement of any provisions of this Agreement.
