Timeframes. For continuous short-term travel of more than 24 hours but less than 31 days, the employee will be reimbursed for actual costs up to the maximum allowance for each meal, incidental, and lodging expense for each complete 24 hours of travel, beginning with the traveler's time of departure and return as follows: (a) On the first day of travel on a trip of 24 hours or more: Trip begins at or before 6 am Breakfast may be claimed Trip begins at or before 11 am Lunch may be claimed Trip begins at or before 5 pm Dinner may be claimed (b) On the fractional day of travel at the end of a trip of more than 24 hours: Trip ends at or after 8 am Breakfast may be claimed Trip ends at or after 2 pm Lunch may be claimed Trip ends at or after 7 pm Dinner may be claimed If the fractional day includes an overnight stay, receipted lodging may be claimed. No meal or lodging expenses may be claimed or reimbursed more than once on any given date or during any 24-hour period. No lunch or incidentals may be claimed on a trip of less than 24 hours.

Timeframes. References to days regarding time periods in this procedure shall refer to working days. A working day is defined as all week days which are not designated as holidays. Time limits specified herein may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties at that step of the procedure. Any grievance which is not filed or advanced within the time limits provided for herein shall be deemed to have been resolved by the decision at the prior step and is without further recourse. Any grievance not responded to by the employer within the time limits provided may be advanced to the next step of the procedure.
Timeframes. The College shall, within twenty-eight (28) days of knowledge of the facts which give rise to the alleged grievance, submit the grievance in writing to the Union, who shall arrange for its designate to meet with the designate of the College within the next fourteen (14) days, at a time which is agreeable to both the Union and the College. Within fourteen (14) days of such meeting, the Union shall forward a written decision to the College. If the grievance is denied, the response shall include the reasons for the decision. Additional reasons that become known to the Union subsequent to the response to the grievance may be added at the time they become known to the Union by notifying the College in writing at that time.

If the SHPO does not respond within 30 days of receipt of the request, the consultation shall be considered complete. Timeframes. For all non-tenured faculty, the first evaluation of a faculty member shall occur within the first twelve (12) weeks of the Fall and Spring terms of an academic year. Each non-tenured faculty member will be evaluated once each fall and spring term. The completed written evaluation must be returned to the non-tenured faculty within five (5) weeks of the observation. Failure of the supervising Xxxx to evaluate a non-tenured faculty member as required by this contract shall be conclusive proof that the faculty member’s performance is considered “Satisfactory” for that term. For tenured faculty, a formal evaluation will take place at least once every year during a major term or during the summer term if on full- time status. The formal evaluation may be waived for no more than two years by mutual written consent of the supervising Xxxx and the faculty member; in which case, the evaluation is satisfactory. If the evaluation is waived, the faculty member is still obligated to establish goals each year. The completed written evaluation will be returned to the faculty member within five (5) weeks of the observation. Failure to evaluate a tenured faculty member as required by this contract shall be conclusive proof that the faculty member’s performance is considered satisfactory for that year.

For trade in goods, the negotiations on the agreement for tariff reduction or elimination and other matters as set out in Article 3 of this Agreement shall commence in early 2003 and be concluded by 30 June 2004 in order to establish the ASEAN-China FTA covering trade in goods by 2010 for Brunei, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, and by 2015 for the newer ASEAN Member States. 2. The negotiations on the Rules of Origin for trade in goods under Article 3 of this Agreement shall be completed no later than December 2003. 3. For trade in services and investments, the negotiations on the respective agreements shall commence in 2003 and be concluded as expeditiously as possible for implementation in accordance with the timeframes to be mutually agreed: (a) taking into account the sensitive sectors of the Parties; and (b) with special and differential treatment and flexibility for the newer ASEAN Member States. 4. For other areas of economic co-operation under Part 2 of this Agreement, the Parties shall continue to build upon existing or agreed programmes set out in Article 7 of this Agreement, develop new economic co-operation programmes and conclude agreements on the various areas of economic co-operation. The Parties shall do so expeditiously for early implementation in a manner and at a pace acceptable to all the parties concerned. The agreements shall include timeframes for the implementation of the commitments therein.
