Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to waive, limit, or otherwise modify any governmental or sovereign immunity that may be available by law to the City, its elected officials, officers, employees, contractors, or agents, or any other person acting on behalf of the City and, in particular, governmental or sovereign immunity afforded or available pursuant to Georgia Statutes.
