No Waiver of Obligations. The provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed in a manner so as to relieve any insurer of its obligations to pay any insurance proceeds in accordance with the terms and conditions of valid and collectable insurance policies. The liabilities of the Parties to one another shall not be limited by insurance.
