Common use of NO WAIVER OR DISCHARGE Clause in Contracts

NO WAIVER OR DISCHARGE. 16.1.1 No default by any Party in the performance of or compliance with any provision of this Agreement shall be waived or discharged except with the express written consent of each other Party. A waiver by a Party of a default by another Party will not prevent the first Party from subsequently requiring compliance with the waived obligation.
