Rights Granted to Owners of the Contribution Ownership of copyright remains with the author(s) or their employers if they are acting in the course of their employment.
The fees listed in the Agreement do not include taxes; if Company is required to pay sales, use, property, value-added, withholding, excise or other taxes, duties, or governmental charges based on the Subscription Rights Granted or Services provided under the Agreement or on Client’s use of Hosted Programs or Services, then such taxes, duties, or governmental charges shall be billed to and paid by Client.

Limitation of Rights Granted The Client’s rights in relation to the Event are strictly limited to those set out in the Package.
This price includes all of the rights, title and privileges of and to the properties and any and all ancillaries that may accrue to Signet as defined in Paragraph 2 entitled Rights Granted.
