WARRANTIES, SALES, AND SERVICE Warranties must be the manufacturer's standard and inclusive of any other warranty requirements stated in the Agreement; any warranties offered by a dealer will be in addition to the manufacturer’s standard warranty and will not be a substitute for such. Pricing for any product must be inclusive of the standard warranty. Contractor is responsible for the execution and effectiveness of all product warranty requests and any claims, Contractor agrees to respond directly to correct warranty claims and to ensure reconciliation of warranty claims that have been assigned to a third party.

Additional Limited Warranties and Remedies We warrant that (a) for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of an order (“Enterprise Platform Warranty Period”), each Product listed on the order and Updates delivered for the Product during the Enterprise Platform Warranty Period will perform in substantial conformance with the technical specifications set forth in the Documentation; and (b) prior to release, we scan each version of the Products using a nationally recognized virus scanning program and we will remove any virus detected by such virus scanning program prior to releasing such version of the Products. Representations and Warranties of Contractor Contractor represents and warrants to the Owner that:
Limited Warranties and Remedies (1) Online Services. Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
