Common use of No Work Delay Clause in Contracts

No Work Delay. Notwithstanding the submission of any Claim or the existence of any dispute regarding any Claim, unless otherwise directed by City, Contractor shall not delay, slow or stop performance of the Work, but shall diligently proceed with performance in accordance with the Contract Documents and City will continue to make payments as required by the Contract Documents.
