No Work During Student Testing Clause Samples

The "No Work During Student Testing" clause prohibits construction or maintenance activities from taking place in areas where student testing is occurring. In practice, this means that contractors must coordinate their schedules to avoid noisy or disruptive work during designated testing periods, often requiring advance notice from the school regarding testing dates. The core function of this clause is to ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment for students during important assessments, thereby supporting academic integrity and minimizing disruptions.
