No Working Capital. Borrower may not use any portion of any Loan for working capital, to provide working capital to any other Person or for distributions to officers or shareholders of Borrower or any other Person.
No Working Capital. Except for De Minimis Working Capital Items, no Working Capital Expenditures of the County or any Related Party are being financed directly or indirectly with Proceeds of the Agreement.
