Consolidated Capital Expenditures definition

Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate of all expenditures of Company and its Subsidiaries during such period determined on a consolidated basis that, in accordance with GAAP, are or should be included in “purchase of property and equipment” or similar items reflected in the consolidated statement of cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, for any period, to the extent capitalized, the sum of all expenditures by the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, in respect of the purchase or acquisition of any fixed or capital assets, including, without limitation, obligations under Capital Leases, determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles applied on a consistent basis.

Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, without duplication, any expenditures for any purchase or other acquisition of any asset which would be classified as a fixed or capital asset on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.
