No Xxxxx Xarty Benefits. EarthLink and GoAmerxxx xxxxxxxxdge, agree and intend that this Agreement was entered into solely for the respective benefit of each of them and their respective successors and assigns and nothing herein shall be construed as giving any person, firm, corporation or other entity (including, without limitation on the foregoing, any customer), other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, any right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision hereof.   • No Third Party Benefits Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, none of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of, or enforceable by, any third-party beneficiary.

  • No Third Party Benefit This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns. No other person or entity shall have any rights under, or because of the existence of, this Agreement.

No other Person will have any right or obligation under this Agreement.
