Noise and other nuisance control. (1) An owner or occupier of a lot, or a guest of an owner or occupier, must not unreasonably create any noise likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other person entitled to use the common property.

Rent and Other Charges Base Rent, Taxes, Operating Expenses, and any other amounts which Tenant is or becomes obligated to pay Landlord under this Lease or other agreement entered into in connection herewith, are sometimes herein referred to collectively as "Rent," and all remedies applicable to the non-payment of Rent shall be applicable thereto. Rent shall be paid at any office maintained by Landlord or its agent at the Property, or at such other place as Landlord may designate.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
