Common use of Noisy machinery Clause in Contracts

Noisy machinery. The Tenant must not install or use (save where otherwise consented to by the Landlord under this Lease) in or on the Premises any machinery or apparatus that will cause noise or vibration that can be heard or felt in nearby premises or outside the Premises or that may cause damage.

Noisy machinery. The Tenant must not install or use (save where otherwise consented to by the Landlord under this Lease) in or on upon the Premises any machinery or apparatus other than usual office machinery that will cause noise or vibration that can be heard or felt in nearby premises or outside the Premises or that may cause damage.
