Common use of Nomination by Buyer Clause in Contracts

The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer's right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement only by following the under mentioned process:
