Common use of Nominee Title Clause in Contracts

Nominee Title. All investments by Bank in the Eurodollar investment, Repurchase Agreement investment and the Deposit Account investment will be made in Bank’s name (or in the name of a nominee of Bank) on behalf of Customer. Bank or Bank’s nominee will maintain records showing the ownership by Customer and other customers of the sweep balances.
