Acceptance of Risk. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Internet is a shared network that is not secure and is not controlled by Astound. Any content you access through the Internet access Services is provided by independent third-party content providers over which Astound does not exercise control. Astound does not preview, exercise editorial control over, or endorse any opinions or information accessed through the Services. You expressly understand and agree that it is possible data or files you send or receive over the Internet will be monitored by third-parties and/or subject to unauthorized access by third-parties. Third-parties may gain access to your data, including confidential information. Data or files transmitted over the Internet may contain computer viruses or other harmful components. Astound has no responsibility and assumes no liability for any such acts or occurrences. You expressly assume the risks inherent in connecting your internal network and your Customer Equipment to the Internet and in accessing and using the Internet through the Services.

Acceptance of Risk. The Member acknowledges that the use by the member of electronic transactions is at the member’s own risk.

I accept any and all risks, including those from lightning, golf cart accidents, and being struck by golf balls and equipment. I may also be exposed to viruses or infections that could be dangerous or deadly; (b) I am responsible to make my own decisions; (c) I further acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Event with knowledge of all potential dangers and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, disease, infection, or death, even if caused by the negligence of NYSGA, its representatives, the host facility, or their affiliates.

In participating in this trip, you accept the risk posed by the Coronavirus/COVID-19. You acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. Mektoub Industries LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, but Mektoub Industries LLC cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. The risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others. You acknowledge that you are increasing your risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 by participating in this trip. You must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the trip. You also agree that in advance of your arrival, you will attest that ● You are not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. ● You do not believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. ● You have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities. ● You are following all WHO/CDC or relevant authorities’ recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. In addition to vaccination against Coronavirus/COVID-19 we also strongly recommend that you consult your health care provider and receive any vaccinations or other precautions deemed necessary by that provider to safeguard your health while traveling ...

Acceptance of Risk. The Organisation accepts all risks in respect of, and the Commonwealth does not accept any risk for, the conduct of the Works and the Project including without limitation all risks of and associated with the design, construction and commissioning of the Works, including, without limitation, the risk of the actual cost of the design, construction and commissioning of the Works being greater than anticipated.

Acceptance of Risk. Unless Pet Parent has otherwise instructed to the contrary, Pet Parent acknowledges and agrees that his or her pet may encounter and be permitted to interact and play with other dogs and with Company staff members. Pet Parent acknowledges that when dogs play in groups that nicks, bites or scratches may occur, and Company may or may not notify Pet Parent immediately if the pet sustains any nicks, bites or scratches. Pet Parent further acknowledges that animals are unpredictable and that there is a possibility of injury or death to the pet or to another animal or person. Therefore, as consideration of the services rendered by Company, Pet Parent (A) hereby waives and releases Company, and its invitees, sponsors, members, managers, advertisers, owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, invitees, agents, lessors, and any parties owning, controlling or having any interest in the property where the Company facility is located, and all other representatives or agents of Company (collectively, “Company Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages or liability for injury, sickness or illness suffered by his or her pet while in the care of Company or otherwise relating to the care, control, health and/or safety of the pet arising from pick up, transport, drop off and/or stay at the Company facilities, except to the extent such illness or injury is the result of Company’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and (B) agrees not to initiate any legal proceedings against Company or any Company Parties with respect to such released claims. “Sickness and illness” shall be defined to include any illness, including, without limitation, bordetella (kennel cough) or any other form of contagious illness.
