Non-Admission of Discrimination or Wrongdoing. (a) This Agreement is entered into, in part, to avoid and compromise any disputes or claims of the parties, and thus, the parties hereto expressly recognize that the making of this Agreement shall not in any way be construed as an admission that the Company or any individual has any liability to or acted wrongfully in any way with respect to any other party to this Agreement. The Company specifically denies that it has any liability to or that it has done any wrongful, harassing and/or discriminatory acts against Executive or any other person on the part of itself, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, officers, employees or agents.
