Non-Applicability of Grievance Procedure. This grievance procedure cannot be used by the Union or any bargaining unit member to dispute a decision by the College that involves the exercise of judgment including but not limited to decisions not to renew the contract of an employee on annual contract or to dispute a decision by the College not to award a contract, or a promotion, to a unit employee, except to the extent that a grievance alleges the failure by the Administration to follow the procedures set forth in this Agreement.
