Ceiling Tile. Xxxxxx Way Air Duct Cleaning may remove and reinstall ceiling sections to gain access to HVAC systems during the cleaning process. Upon completion of cleaning each vent new cable ties will be used to fasten the vent to the grille and trunk line if necessary. Upon Inspection Many ceiling tiles have water damage. We will be as careful as possible but Xxxxxx way will assume no responsibility for any ceiling tiles that are broke or damaged that need to be removed to access the vents or the trunk lines.

Xxxxx — Master Lease Form EXHIBIT “G” RULES AND REGULATIONS The rules and regulations set forth in this Exhibit are a part of the foregoing Lease.
