NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. Business Associate shall not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of DOM. Any attempted assignment or transfer of its obligations without such consent shall be null and void. No such approval by DOM of any subcontract shall be deemed in any way to provide for the incurrence of any obligation of DOM in addition to the total compensation agreed upon in this Agreement. Subcontracts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to any conditions of approval that DOM may deem necessary. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon the respective successors and assigns of the parties. DOM may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor or affiliated entity.

Any attempted assignment or transfer of its obligations without such consent shall be null and void. NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. The (agency name) will not be independently obligated or liable under this Agreement to any party other than the (Attorney and/or Law Firm) named herein. Said (Attorney and/or Law Firm) understands and agrees that it shall not assign, transfer, delegate or subcontract with respect to any of its rights, benefits, obligations, interests or duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Office of the Attorney General.
NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. In addition to the prohibition in Paragraph II.(1) above, DOM will not be independently obligated or liable under this MOU to any party other than the Qualified Hospital named herein. Said Qualified Hospital understands and agrees that it shall not assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract, either in whole or in part, with respect to any of its rights, benefits, obligations, interests, or duties under this MOU.
NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. 9.1 The District shall not assign, transfer, or contract for the furnishing of services to be performed under this Memorandum of Understanding without the written approval of the University.
NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING subparagraph E, Item 3. shall be inserted at the location of the original agreement’s Item 3., and the new Item 3. shall read as follows:
NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. Neither party may assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without obtaining prior written consent of the other. No contract shall be made by Consultant with any other party for furnishing the services to be performed under this Agreement without the written approval of the College. These provisions will not be taken as requiring the approval of the contract of employment between Consultant and its personnel.
NON-ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING. A. Contractor shall not assign, sublet, or transfer this agreement, or any part hereof, nor assign any monies due or that become due to Contractor under this agreement, without the prior written or electronic and express approval of County.
