We are able to source the requisite skills for specific types of services as per our clients’ requests or needs. As the firm grows and more professionals are employed we will institute training programmes to ensure that all staff understand and apply our Values and build their professional skills. Location of Business operation We have secured premises at the Inanda Greens Office Park in Xxxxxx Valley. This location suits our needs perfectly as it is well located near to Sandton and the high concentration of businesses in the area. In addition the new Sasol premises will be located nearby in Xxxxxxxxx Street. These premises will provide two offices for our exclusive use, a shared switchboard, and access to other essential facilities such as a boardroom and other meeting rooms. The rental is reasonable at R120/m2 per month, and we will initially only require about 25 m2. The ideal layout is open plan with two workstations, as illustrated below. Ample parking is provided for staff and visitors immediately outside the building. Infrastructure The office space has a shared reception which will also service NC Inc.. We will have at least two dedicated telephone lines which will enable the receptionist/switchboard operator to receive calls in our name. We will initially utilize our own desks as work platforms, but will ideally establish workstations as illustrated above for all professional staff. We will also be able to utilize a Boardroom and meeting rooms in the offices, together with facilities for refreshments. We will need to acquire laptop computers for the Directors, as well as a printer/fax/scanner which can meet the needs of a legal practice. We have budgeted for the use of an accounting software programme such as Legal Suite which is suitable for a law firm. Support NC Inc. will need to appoint a part-time bookkeeper, as well as a firm of auditors familiar with a legal practice to ensure that our accounting practices are optimal and accounts are paid. Skills and Expertise. It is anticipated that the evaluations would require a team of consultants with the following expertise and/or experience:  team leader experience of designing and managing multi-country research or evaluation studies, that test across contexts and are concerned with external validity;  proven experience of evaluation of complex governance / political governance / empowerment and accountability programmes in sub-Saharan Africa including programmes operating at a regional level;  good understanding of the interaction between political governance challenges and state- society dynamics in different contexts and stages of state-building;  experience of policy related work, in particular in a poverty reduction context;  knowledge and experience of developing and using theories of change;  in-depth knowledge of different approaches to impact evaluation, that are appropriate to Theory Based Evaluation and that demonstrate cause and effect;  proven expertise in use and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and statistical sampling expertise;  expertise in social, gender, equity and diversity analysis and their application in evaluation and / or research; and  sound evaluation record, including knowledge of international evaluation standards, and research ethics.

Ability to show where the evaluation and its eventual findings fit in to the evidence base on conflict and development in Nigeria.
