Non-Athletic Coverage. A. In the event substitute teachers are not available and it becomes necessary for a member of the unit to substitute for an absent teacher thus depriving the member of his/her preparation period, the unit member will be compensated for the time of substituting at an hourly rate in accordance with the provisions in section 25.1.
